Today we’ll take a listen to the Dutch sounds of the producer and DJ known as Laidback Luke. Born in 1976 he was releasing albums as far back as 1998 and his popularity has only grown since. In 2008 he was voted into DJ Mag’s top 100 at #46 and by 2010 he moved up to the #17 spot. While many of his solo songs are less notable, he has collaborated and remixed an incredible amount of hits with tons of different producers and artists. From collaborations with EDM titans such as Steve Angello, David Guetta, and Sebastian Ingrosso to remixes of songs from the likes of Chromeo, Beyonce, Coldplay, and Notorious B.I.G, Laidback Luke adds a unique sound and makes those songs his own.
